Let’s make a difference – find that copper!
Thursday 15th November 2018

No we don’t mean hunt down the local police officers –
NO! NO! NO!
We ask that every child brings in a small bag of copper coins: 1p and 2p coins to see if we can fill the hall floor with them to raise money for children in need. As the famous saying goes…

‘Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves!’

Wear something spotty!

Children are invited to go crazy by wearing something spotty or their pyjamas to school on Friday 16th November to celebrate Children in Need. We ask for a donation of £1 for children
to come to school in non-uniform.

REMINDER: Please ensure you send your child to school with suitable clothing, including their school coat and normal black footwear to ensure their safety and warmth at playtimes.

Buns for fun!

As a sweet treat for the children, staff will be bringing in donations of sweet treats: such as buns and cakes. Children can purchase these by bringing 50p in to school and giving it to their class teacher and they will be able to take their sweet treat home at the end of the day. The days for sales are:

Monday 12th November – Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 & 6)

Tuesday 13th November – Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & 2)

Wednesday 14th November – Lower Key Stage 2 (Year 3 & 4)

Thursday 15th November – Early Years (Nursery and Reception)
